Cost to attend the meeting:

  • Member (all inclusive): $700

  • New Member (all inclusive): $700

  • Trainee (all inclusive): $450

  • NonMember (all inclusive): $850

Your registration includes your admission to all meeting activities (including the Presidential Dinner).

  • Please read the information below thoroughly for details regarding registration fees, deadlines for early registration. 

  • PCSA Leadership works to have an affordable meeting for all attendees and in return we ask that you register for the appropriate category and provide your RSVP to any meal function. We will do everything we can to accommodate onsite changes but cannot make any guarantees.

MEMBER REGISTRATION

PCSA’s Member Registration: Early Rate  $700 | Late Rate $750 | Onsite Rate $800

  • Hot Breakfast and Coffee (4 days) 

  • Coffee Breaks (4 breaks)

  • Lunches (Thursday and Friday only)

  • Continuing Education (up to 15 hours CME)

  • Welcome Reception (complimentary childcare included) 

  • President’s Reception and Dinner (complimentary childcare included) 

  • Electronic Program Book (Printed Program Books may be purchased for $35)

Please note, member dues must be paid in full prior to attending the Annual Meeting. For membership assistance, contact PCSA Management at admin@pcsaonline.org. Members who are not in good standing will be contacted to ensure their dues are paid prior to attending the meeting.

GUEST OF ATTENDEES: If your guest would like coffee/breakfast, lunch or snacks they will need to visit an outlet within the hotel or in the surrounding areas. Thank you for not asking for any exceptions and honoring the registration fee. The Welcome Reception and  Presidential Reception & Dinner Tickets may be purchased individually.

KAMA'AINA RATES

Full Conference

Local surgeons not presenting at the Annual Meeting may attend the full conference without meals or special events for a special rate: Early Rate $250 | Late Rate $300 | Onsite Rate $350 

  • Coffee Breaks (4 breaks)

  • Continuing Education (up to 15 hours CME)

  • Electronic Program Book (Printed Program Books may be purchased for $35)

Daily Rate

Local surgeons not presenting at the Annual Meeting may attend a scientific session without meals or special events for a special rate: Early Rate $150 | Late Rate $200 | Onsite Rate $200 

  • Coffee Break 

  • Continuing Education (up to 7 hours CME)

  • Electronic Program Book (Printed Program Books may be purchased for $35)

ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION DETAILS:

PCSA’s Annual Meeting is a wonderful time for colleagues and their families to connect, learn and play. The Planning Committee and PCSA Management have thoughtfully budgeted for a reduced registration fee for all attendees. Proper RSVPs allow us to keep the registration fees as low as possible.

INCLUDED ACTIVITIES: All registrants for the PCSA Annual Meeting should plan to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening to kick off the conference. We plan to host an informal outdoor venue to enjoy the beautiful views of the Hawaiian shores. The Saturday Presidential Reception and Dinner is also included in the cost of your registration, and we look forward to seeing you there.

Bring the family! PCSA offers complimentary childcare (with dinner) during the Presidential Dinner - arrangements must be made during the registration process. Onsite additions are unable to be guaranteed. We can continue to work on lowering costs in the future with accurate food and beverage counts. While the meals are included in your registration, we do require an RSVP during the registration process. Onsite changes may be limited depending on the requirements of the hotel so we ask you to be thoughtful in planning ahead.

Please make sure to let us know if any guests will be attending when you register. Guests and children are unable to attend the breakfast or breaks. Should you need food or beverage at any time you may visit the hotel outlets or area restaurants. We kindly ask that you respect your registration inclusions. Failure to do so does not allow PCSA to lower registration prices for the meeting. We know in the past we have been able to make exceptions but are no longer able to do this due to the rising costs of the meeting.

In the event your plans change, please let PCSA know so that we are able to change the headcount with the hotel.

PAYMENT: Payment must be paid in full at the time of registration. The registration form cannot be processed and completed without payment. 

CANCELLATION: Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to admin@pcsaonline.org. This request must be received on or before January 3, 2026 and a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged. Requests and cancellations received after January 3rd will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions. Conference attendee substitution is permitted and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. PCSA reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled session or optional event prior to the start of the meeting.
